DRINK LOTS OF WATER DRINK LOTS OF WATER

Yes, please, even if, as many of our clients are, you are very body aware and already drink fresh water, please tae into account that these therapies will have released extra toxins and your body will want EXTRA WATER to help flush through your system.

Your body does it’s best self healing at sleep when the demands on the body elsewhere are much lower. The treatment would have brought you to a relaxed state to lower the body’s demands and allow it to regulate and balance itself without having to concentrate efforts in one area.

We can all help our body to tune to it’s best by following some basic rules…..but after a treatment it is reasonable to make and extra effort to assist the body by being particularly mindful of the Holistic needs of our bodies.

  • Drink a least 2 litre of water/herbal tea per day.
  • Reduce your intake of caffeine
  • Eat a healthy balanced diet – reduce additives
  • Take exercise and factor in time to get ´fresh air´ to stimulate mind, body and soul
  • Use relaxation techniques if you struggle with relaxation
  • If you are a smoker and would like support in giving up we are happy to help

FINALLY
Depending on your body’s needs you may following a treatment experience increased energy, tiredness, urinate/defecate mire (all part of clearing the system). Some people experience headaches…over  exertion, alcohol, smoking, refined foods all aggravate the body so are best avoided especially for 12 hours.
