Usui Reiki Courses
Our Reiki courses are designed to suit anyone regardless of experience and background. Everybody is capable of learning to practice Reiki for themselves and others. Our aim is to provide small informal classes that provide a safe and secure environment for learning this new skill.
Usui Reiki courses are held in the London E14 area on a regular basis.
In addition courses can also be offered anywhere in the London area on an ad hoc basis for a minimum of 2 participants and anywhere in the UK for a minimum number of 4 participants.

Reiki Level 1
During this 1-day course you will be attuned to Reiki Level 1 which enables you to use it for self-healing and to pass it on to friends and family. You will find out about the history of the Usui Reiki Method and learn the relevant hand positions, the structure of a healing session, techniques for aura cleansing, chakra balancing, healing pets, energising your food and much more. There will be time to practice Reiki on others and learn practical exercises to take away with you.
Our Reiki Level 1 course includes a comprehensive Reiki manual, your certificate in Usui Reiki and free post-course support by telephone and/or email.

Reiki Level 2
The one day Reiki Level 2 course builds upon and increases your skills and abilities from Level 1. You will receive the Reiki Level 2 attunement and the initiation into the three sacred Reiki Level 2 symbols. You will be introduced to distance healing which will enable you to heal yourself and others across space and time. You will also learn techniques for automatic and multiple healing.
There will be time to practice on each other and work with the symbols and new techniques. Reiki Level 2 enables you to practice Reiki professionally and there will be some focus on elements of professional practice.

Reiki Master & Teacher
After having completed the Reiki Level 2 training, you can seize the opportunity to train to the Master level in the Usui Method of Natural Healing. The Master level will significantly increase your personal energy as well as enabling you to initiate others into Reiki.
